Majid Jafar, CEO of the Iraqi-based Crescent Petroleum, said on Tuesday that the company is investing more than $ 3 billion in Iraq.

He added during a meeting in a conference in Abu Dhabi, “We have invested more than three billion dollars in Iraq over the past ten years, and this rate is increasing.”

In March, a consortium led by Crescent Petroleum and Dana Gas entered into a twenty-year gas sales agreement with the Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
